Original features such as oak trusses and Georgian sash windows are complemented by rich textures, antique furniture, and luxury finishes, creating a warm, cosy atmosphere throughout. The living space features a high-end Sonos sound system and a vintage record player, inviting you to unwind with your favourite sounds in effortless style.

Conveniently located within a few minutes walk to Norwich markets and a selection of cafes and pubs in the centre of Norwich and only 100 yards from the Theatre Royal. Chapman House is just moments away from Norwich’s iconic cathedral, independent shops and top-rated restaurants – you’ll be perfectly placed to soak up everything this historic city has to offer.

Fully equipped for six guests

Chapman House has three beautifully designed bedrooms (a king size room, a double room and a twin room). We can also turn the twin room into a super king room on request. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and includes modern luxuries such as a Sage coffee machine, Dualit kettle and toaster, Sonos sound system, Smart TV, VERDEN soaps and toiletries and a record player. The full sized kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook at home.

Chapman House also has a cosy dining room with built in banquette seating. Why not finish your day with a few drinks and board games in the speak easy style dining room with the Sonos sound system playing your favourite sounds.
